MailTask Pro reads your unread emails and automatically extracts tasks, deadlines, and priorities using AI.

  1. Open an unread emailNavigate to the Inbox view and click any unread email. MailTask Pro highlights emails that contain actionable items with a blue indicator dot.
  2. Click AnalyseHit the blue Analyse button at the top of the email. The AI reads the full thread and extracts every action item, priority, and deadline within 2–3 seconds. Emails are limited to 3,600 characters - a character counter shows how much space is left.
  3. Review and saveInspect the suggested tasks. Adjust title or deadline if needed, then click Save. Tasks land directly in your To Do list and Eisenhower Matrix.
