Merchant of Record
All MailTask Pro purchases are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record, processes your payment, issues invoices and receipts, and is responsible for handling refund and dispute requests on our behalf.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. To submit a refund request, visit paddle.net and reference your order confirmation email.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By requesting immediate access to the Service at checkout, you acknowledge that service performance begins immediately and your statutory right of withdrawal may expire upon commencement of performance. To exercise this right, submit your request directly to Paddle at paddle.net.
