Yes. Pro is billed monthly. Cancel from your account settings — no questions asked. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Each time you click "Analyse" on an email, that's one analysis. Forwards and replies analysed separately count as separate analyses. Manually creating tasks doesn't count.
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start; we'll remind you one day before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime before then. The Free plan also gives you 10 analyses per month as a permanent free tier.
Pro has no fixed monthly quota. Normal use is always covered. If usage goes far beyond that, we'll get in touch before anything changes.
Yes. We use Microsoft Graph API with delegated permissions — we only access what you authorise. Email content is processed in real-time and not stored beyond what's needed to create your tasks. See our Privacy Policy for details.
